Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Whenever you want, you can upgrade/downgrade your account anytime.
Note that, once you downgrade, your subscription will still be valid for the period you’ve already paid for.


Will I lose my projects, leads or data if I downgrade?

No. We understand that our customers sometimes need to downgrade. By reverting to a lower plan or Free Plan, you won’t lose any leads, projects or data. However, you will be limited by the restrictions of the current package.

Can I use the Free Plan for commercial purposes?

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cheques, NEFT, RTGS payments and Net banking transfers.


Is my data secure?

We understand the sensitive and proprietary nature of the leads and projects that our customers create. As a result, we encrypt all our communication through SSL. All data is stored securely, and backed up regularly in multiple geographic locations.


Do you offer refunds?

No, payments are not refundable at this movement. We will give good service and support
